Property management services include:
Ensuring Bills are maintained (Utility bills etc.)
Ensuring a secure lease agreement is drawn to safeguard both parties.
Ensuring General Upkeep of the Property.
Support and Ensuring a healthy relationship between the Landlord and Tenant.
In Case of repairs or renovations, quality workmen will be provided with detailed quotations.
Ensuring a smooth and clean transition during the Start and the End of the Lease.
On call 24 hours a day for emergency repairs.
Quarterly preventative visits.
Fixed charges for contracts signed in 2023:
Rental Contract for 1 Year/ Set Term – 1 Month’s Rent as Commission
Rental Contract Renewals – 1 Month’s Rent as Commission on renewal
Rental Contracts below 6 Months – Half a Month’s Rent as Commission
Property Management (Apartments) – Rs. 15,000/- per month (Only if required)
Property Management (Houses) – Rs. 20,000/- per month (Only if required)
Property Sales – 3% Commission on the Purchase Price
Short Term Rentals – 10% on the revenue generated short Term
Inventory Cost – Rs 15,000/- (Only if required)
In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both Parties. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their signatures as follows.
